Late Arrivals and Cancellation Policy:

We request that you please call 24 hours in advance to cancel an appointment. Appointments canceled, or rescheduled, less than 24 hours prior will be subject to the full payment of the service booked that will be required before booking your next appointment

If you fail to cancel or show up to your appointment, you will be considered a no-show and full payment of the service booked will be required before booking your next appointment

I understand how valuable time is and promise to do my best to respect yours. For this reason, to avoid running behind for the next person coming in, anyone arriving late will be provided the remaining time for their scheduled appointment. In the event I am running behind, the full 60 or 90 minutes will still be provided
